TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking and Reservations:

  • All bookings and reservations are subject to availability.
  • To secure a reservation, a deposit may be required.
  • Cancellations or modifications to reservations may be subject to fees. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.

Payment:

  • Payment for services rendered must be made in full at the time of check-in or as otherwise specified.
  • We accept various payment methods

Check-in and Check-out:

  • Check-in time is [12PM], and check-out time is [11AM].
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

Guest Conduct:

  • Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards other guests, staff, and property.
  • Any behavior that disturbs the peace or violates our policies may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Property Damage:

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay, including but not limited to rooms, facilities, and amenities.
  • Charges for damages will be assessed and billed accordingly.

Liability:

  • Moonlight Resort is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests’ property or persons during their stay.
  • Guests are advised to secure their belongings and use facilities at their own risk.

Privacy Policy:

  • We respect the privacy of our guests and collect personal information only for the purpose of providing services.
  • We do not share or sell personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  • Moonlight Resort reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying guests directly.
